Practicing covers with pictures I like + More on what I want on the front page

Here's some of this week's practice:


I like the overall composition of the cover, but I feel like this picture isn't representative of the magazine. There are no bright colors, or iconic Latin dance moves shown, etc.


I liked that this one had maracas, but it's missing the brightness, the musical vibe.


I loved the colors in this one but the guy's hand is blurry and it makes it seem like this issue will be about dancing or couples.

I didn't really lie how any of these turned out but maybe they can be fixed somehow. I decided today that I'm going to make my title have a capital "R" because the word "ritmo," when pronounced in Spanish, has a nice sound when you roll the very first letter, like, "rrrrrritmo." I think that making the first letter a capital emphasizes that feeling. I also decided to give the cover a stylistic touch with the white border, which reflects that bit of elegance/sophistication that is prevalent in Latin culture and traditional dances.
